Meet Dee Sam

Hello, and welcome.

My name is Dee Sam, founder of TrueVoice Creative Studios. I am a Canadian author, storyteller, advocate, and Early Childhood Educator dedicated to helping children and families feel seen, heard, valued, and understood.

I hold an Early Childhood Education Diploma (Honours) from George Brown College and bring together professional knowledge, lived experience, and a deep belief in the power of storytelling. As a mother and creator, I understand that every child has a unique voice, unique strengths, and a story worth telling.

Through books, videos, educational resources, and creative projects, TrueVoice Creative Studios celebrates neurodiversity, inclusion, resilience, and belonging. Many of our stories are inspired by real-life experiences and the everyday moments that help children, families, educators, and communities learn, grow, and connect.

My mission is simple: to create meaningful stories that inspire understanding, build confidence, and remind people that they matter exactly as they are.
